The fully electronic airbag racing vest has been developed for the everyday everday use to provide maximum protection with even less restriction in freedom of movement on the bike. Attention has been focused on comfort, abrasion resistant materials and an excellent protection at the front/back - Special focus and years of development of an reliable electronically automatic trigger system has resulted in this product being superior in detecting crashes.
Airbag Protection
The airbag shape integrated in the vest absorbs impacts and stabilizes the whole upper body from head to tailbone. Front and back body armours for a double TURTLE effect! The results of absorption and distribution of shocks are considerably higher and it protects from intruding objects.
Airbag System
Helite E-Turtle 2 airbag vest is Fully electronic and has been developed over the past years which gives it its outstanding detection performance - it needs regular recharging as described in the manual.
Abrasion Resistant Materials
Very strong abrasion resistance to protect the airbag chamber.
Adjustment
The E-Turtle has a great amount of adjustment room through long hidden velcro straps which enables the user to adjust the vest accordingly for the best fit.
CO2 Cartridge
The size of the CO2 canister is proportional to the size of the airbag. The canister is the only component
that needs to be replaced after inflation of your air vest.
An additional protective PVC Plate and foam is placed
behind the canister so that it cannot injure the rider.
Fitting Instructions
The E-Turtle Airbag Vest should fit exactly the same as any other Helite Airbag as the product is designed to expand outwards on activation. You may consider upsizing this product by one size as we find the French sizing to come up a little smaller than we are used to here in Australia. The jacket can be adjusted accordingly using the various velcro straps.
