Welcome to our Fitting Page! To make sure the fitting of your product is as comfortable and safe as possible, it is essential to follow the instructions and details laid out below! If you have any questions or are unsure about your measurements, please feel free to contact us! Enjoy!

WHERE DO I BEGIN?
Weight limit - Before we start, it is important to understand that Helite airbags can not be worn if you weigh under 35 kg. - The reason behind this lower limit is safety for the user; the trigger release system of the mechanical airbags requires a certain amount of force to be fully released. To see further limitations, Click Here!

Before we start, make sure to wear a normal, fitting shirt, have your regular riding gear ready on the side if your product needs the measurements fully geared up, and prepare a well-lit area to easier see the numbers.

Have a measurement tape ready—we recommend using a soft, flexible sewing / tailor tape measure which can be purchased at your local Woolworths or Office Works and other stores.

Write down the product name of interest and find it in one of the product sections down below.

Using the measurement graphic guide and the sizing chart of your product together in that section, start to measure—follow the designated letters on your sizing chart and find them on the graphic guide, then measure at each location

Make sure to write down your measurements, and do not hold the tape too tight or too loose-it should be just a gentle firmness, without creating a very deep dip in the skin - If it does, it is too tight. If it is falling off from its place, it is too loose.

Make sure to follow the description on each measurement point in the measurement sheet.

Once all measurements are done, compare them to the product sizes on the measurement sheet-Helite products are using french sizing which is generally smaller, so it is recommended to go one or two sizes above what product size you measured to ensure a comfortable fit.

Helite's Hybrid-Air is a cooperation between Helite and RACESAFE, a british high-quality body protection manufacturer. Both offer the airbag, but RACESAFE uses different sizing which may appear confusing to some.

First, identify your Motion3 protection vest size-if you already own one, you can skip this step.

Use the MOTION3--HYBRID-AIR Correspondence Quick-Table below and find your MOTION3 size, then read off your Helite HYBRID-AIR size.
Example:
MOTION3 is size ADULT-MEDIUM with TALL FRONT (Back length does not affect airbag size)
This would be: ADULT 2 - / Medium Tall /
HYBRID-AIR size (left colum): T7
